What a fantastic location to stay for business! The customer service is top notch, the rooms and food incredible, and the conference space is five out of five across the board. The ballroom is such a refreshing place for a meeting - beautiful, comfortable, and with A/V that actually works and works WELL! Big thank you to Sanjay on the A/V team for all he does.

RAFFLES DUBAI ALWAYS OFFER THE MOST COURTEOUS EFFICIENT SERVICE. THIS WAS MY 2ND VISIT TO RAFFLES. FROM THE CONCIERGE TO THE HOTEL STAFF, ALL EXCEPTIONAL. THE POOL WAS INVITING AND CLEAN. THE LIFEGUARDS ARE ATTENTIVE AND VERY POLITE. TWO DAYS I DECIDED TO HAVE LUNCH AT THE POOL. CHEF NUWAN PREPARES THE MOST DELICIOUS LUNCH WITH BEAUTIFUL PRESENTATION. THE POOL BAR SUPERVISOR, PRAVEEN KUMAR, OFFERS THE MOST COURTEOUS, POLITE AND KIND SERVICE. PRAVEEN AND HIS STAFF WILL ENSURE THAT YOUR HOLIDAY AT THE POOL IS MOST EXTRAORDINARY AND MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE. I TRUST THE MANAGEMENT OF RAFFLES WAFI WILL RECOGNIZE THESE PEOPLE FOR AN OUTSTANDING SERVICE. DUE TO THIS SERVICE, I WILL RETURN SOON FOR MY 3RD VISIT.

Top notch service

I stayed at Raffles for nine nights. The hotel is about 10 mins drive from the airport and 15-20 mins from the city center. Although the hotel cannot be considered new, it is well maintained and definitely looks new. My family arrived at the hotel a day before at 11:45pm and I was given a room to rest at 4:30am. On the last day of my flight, my flight was again at 3:00am and raffles gave me a late checkout until 8:00pm. But that is not all. The best part of Raffles was its services. Almost all the staff were well trained and always tried to go the extra mile. After 3 or 4 days there, many of the staff can already recognize me and made me feel at home. I like to give a special shout-out to Junaid working at the reception area and butler named Ashraf. Thank you for making my trip so memorable.

WONDERFUL STAY at the Raffles Dubai, as always ! Everything is perfect as soon as you enter the lobby. We had a great experience in our beautiful room (very quiet) and with all the people working there. All of them were always very kind, helpful and very professional. Taylor made services 24/24 ! FOOD is just EXCELLENT from the breakfast to the Lobby restaurant including the pool and its great lovely team ! Special thanks to the greatest concierge Shammi Tharanga, the breakfast "Captain" Ahmed and the Guest Relations Queenie Manuel with her great and helpful team. HIGHLY recommended hotel !! The perfect stay in Dubai to enjoy the city and to relax in a quiet and beautiful hotel. Many thanks to the great General Manager Mr Afif Salibi who always takes care of his guests.
